At Locked In Capital Investments, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), we provide access to VIP packages that offer exclusive content and services. Please review our strict refund policy carefully, as no refunds will be issued unless the following conditions are met.
1. No Refunds Policy
We do not provide refunds for any VIP package purchases unless the specific conditions outlined below are fully satisfied. By purchasing a VIP package, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

Follow All Plays:
You must follow every play posted as part of your VIP package. This is essential for any refund request to be considered. -
Package-Specific Conditions:

1-Month, 2-Month, and 3-Month Packages:
To be eligible for a refund, you must follow all plays for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, regardless of the length of your subscription. Refunds will not be considered before the 90-day period is completed. -
6-Month, Yearly, and Unlimited Packages:
Similarly, if you have purchased a 6-month, yearly, or unlimited package, you must follow all plays for a minimum of 90 consecutive days to be eligible for a refund. -
Daily, Weekly, and Special Event Packages:
Please note that any daily, weekly, or special event VIP packages are never eligible for a refund, regardless of usage or adherence to plays. No exceptions will be made for these short-term packages.

3. No Exceptions
Failure to follow every play or to meet the minimum 90-day requirement for the corresponding package will result in ineligibility for a refund. This policy applies uniformly to all clients, and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
4. Refund Process
If you have followed all the plays as required and completed the minimum 90-day participation period, you may submit a refund request by contacting us at legal@locked-in.vip. All refund requests must include evidence of compliance with the above conditions.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised refund policy.
